Please select your preferred session length when booking. Session focus can be noted at checkout or discussed at your appointment. Addons are incorporated into your scheduled session time.

BOOKING NOTES

I work by appointment only and my schedule fills quickly. Advanced booking is strongly recommended. If you don’t see an opening that works for you, please check back regularly or please reach out to be notified of cancellations.

PIP/ AUTO ACCIDENT CLIENTS:

Please contact me prior to scheduling your first appointment to confirm claim details and authorization. Appointment booked without prior approval may be subject to self-pay rates.

POLICIES

CANCALLATION POLICY

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancelations or missed appointments may be charges the full session fee.

LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals will receive the remaining scheduled session time and will be charges the full session fee.

INSURANCE

PIP (Auto accident) insurance is accepted with prior authorization. I do not bill other insurance plans. I do accept HSA and FSA cards.
